The general terms and conditions of ApriOri Reizen B.V./ Health Holidays consist of:
- the ANVR Travel Conditions and
- the Terms and Conditions of Carriage of the airline you are flying with and
- the additional conditions below.
The following provisions have been established by ApriOri Reizen B.V. itself. Regarding the content of these articles, no consultation took place between ANVR and the Consumentenbond within the framework of the Coordination Group for Self-Regulation Consultation of the Social and Economic Council. Except for deviations or additions permitted in the conditions themselves, these own provisions cannot detract from the ANVR Travel Conditions and are intended solely as a supplement to the ANVR conditions where stated in the conditions themselves and/or to further strengthen the position of the traveler.
You make a definitive booking via our website; as a result, our trips are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Payment terms
Upon conclusion of the agreement, a down payment of 35% of the total travel sum must be paid, possibly increased by the costs of any travel and/or cancellation insurance taken out. The remaining amount must be in our possession no later than four weeks before the day of departure, so that we can send you the travel documents in time. If the agreement is concluded within four weeks before the day of departure, the entire travel sum must be paid immediately. In the event of failure to make timely payment, Article 10 of the ANVR Travel Conditions applies.
When rebooking your trip to a later departure date, your already paid travel funds serve as a deposit.
As soon as we have received the total amount due, the travel documents will be sent to the main booker’s provided email address 10 days before departure.
Changes by the traveler
- After the agreement has been concluded, the traveler may request a modification thereof. However, this is subject to the condition that the traveler pays the modified travel sum, deducting the amounts already paid. Furthermore, he is required to pay a minimum of €25.00 in modification fees per booking. A decision on the request will be made as soon as possible. Up to 28 calendar days before departure, these changes will be made insofar as possible and, in that case, confirmed in writing by us.
- We will state the reasons for the rejection of the changes requested by the traveler and notify the traveler without delay. The traveler may maintain the original agreement or cancel it. In the latter case, the cancellation conditions apply. If the traveler fails to respond to the rejection of his request, the original agreement will be executed.
- A reduction in the number of paying passengers is considered a (partial) cancellation to which the cancellation conditions apply. In this case, no modification fees are payable.
Working days
Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.
In addition, the emergency number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Complaints
In addition to Article 12 of the ANVR Travel Conditions, complaints must be reported in writing (by e-mail via info@health-holidays.nl) without delay and during the trip.
