Dutch Data Protection Authority (Wbp)

When you provide data to ApriOri Reizen B.V. / Health Holidays, your data falls under the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp). This Act provides rules regarding the processing and protection of your personal data. We have notified and registered our processing of personal data with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Filling in personal data

To make a booking or subscribe to the newsletter, for example, you are asked for personal information. We use the personal data you provide exclusively to provide the service, deliver the relevant travel product, or to inform you about our health trips in the future.

During the booking process, you will be asked to provide details of those staying at home. We assume that you will inform those staying at home yourself that we are in possession of their details and will use them exclusively in the event of an emergency.

Processing of personal data

To provide the best possible service and health journey, it may be necessary to make your personal data available to our suppliers or third parties who provide the final products and services you have booked with us. We will never provide your personal data to individuals or companies for commercial exploitation without your consent.

When you travel abroad, we may be required (by government authorities at points of departure and arrival) to provide and process your personal data in the context of border control, immigration, security, counter-terrorism, and other purposes deemed applicable. Even if providing data is not mandatory, we may decide to assist government authorities nonetheless.

Processing of personal data of newsletter subscribers

Personal data of newsletter subscribers is processed by ApriOri Reizen B.V. / Health Holidays for the following purpose(s):

• Informing the person by means of news releases

• The Newsletter registration form;
• An agreed booking.

Provision to third parties

We may provide the data you give us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above. For example, we use a third party for:

• Organizing the health trip;
• Taking care of the marketing;
• Taking care of the (financial) administration;
• Taking care of the distribution of the brochure and/or mailings.

We never share personal data with other parties with whom we have not concluded a data processing agreement. With these parties (processors), we naturally make the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you have provided to other parties unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is when the police request (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this data. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.

Within the EU

We do not provide personal data to parties established outside the EU.

Minors

We process personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) only if written consent has been given by the parent, guardian, or legal representative.

Retention period

ApriOri Reizen B.V. / Health Holidays does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or as required by law.

Security

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing; for example, we have taken the following measures:

• All persons who may access your data on behalf of ApriOri Reizen B.V. / Health Holidays are bound by confidentiality.

• We pseudonymize and encrypt personal data when there is a reason to do so;
• We make backups of the personal data to be able to restore it in the event of physical or technical incidents;
