Sweet potato with chickpeas from the oven
Ingredients for 2 persons – 2 sweet potatoes – 1 can / jar of chickpeas – 1/2 teaspoon of cumin – 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder – Olive oil – 5 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt – 1 tablespoon mayonnaise – 1 teaspoon of dried or fresh dill – pinch of garlic powder – 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice – fresh coriander – pointed pepper (cut into pieces) |

Preparation method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Drain the chickpeas, pour into a bowl and pour some olive oil over it.
3. Add the cumin, cinnamon and paprika powder and mix.
4. Cut the sweet potato (s) through the middle and pass through the chickpea-seasoning mixture so that it picks up some of the herbs and olive oil, place it on an oven plate with parchment paper and place it in the preheated oven.
5. After about 20 minutes you take it out and add the chickpeas (since they do not have to last as long). Place it for another 15 to 20 minutes in the oven.
6. For the sauce: mix the low-fat yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, garlic powder and lemon juice into a small bowl, and the sauce is ready.
7. Place the sweet potato (s) on a plate, throw the chickpeas over that playfully and drizzle with the sauce. Add some fresh coriander and paprika for the extra flavor. (Possibly serve on a bed of lettuce)
