Healthy Chicken
Ingredients for 2 persons – 250 grams of chicken fillet – 150 grams of cherry tomatoes – 2 large sweet potatoes – 125 grams of mozzarella – half cucumber – 1 red pepper – hand iceberg lettuce – 1 onion – 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt – 1 clove of garlic – 1 teaspoon of chives – teaspoon of paprika |

Preparation method
1. Preheat the oven to 225 ˚C. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into fries of about 1 cm thick. Season with the paprika powder and spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Roast in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and done. Change regularly.
2. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips and season it with the chicken herbs. Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the chicken strips over medium heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile cut the bell pepper into strips, onion in half rings and the mozzarella into slices.
3. Divide the fries over the bottom of the aluminum tray (or baking dish). Cover it with the chicken, onion, bell pepper and finally with the slices of mozzarella.
4. Leave to gratin in the oven for 10 minutes. In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and mix with the yogurt and chives for the garlic sauce. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
5. Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes. Halve the cucumber in the length. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut the flesh into slices. Take the dishes out of the oven and divide the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber.
