Roasted vegetables from the oven

Ingredients for 2-3 persons
– 400 grams pumpkin
– 1/4 zucchini
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 teaspoons thyme
– 0.5 teaspoon oregano
– pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut all vegetables into cubes and strips. Then put the vegetables in a baking dish and add the olive oil, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix the whole thing together with a spoon. Put the baking dish in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.

Tip 1: If the vegetable is getting too dark, you can put some aluminum foil over the baking dish.
Tip 2: Do you want this a bit spicier? Add some cayenne pepper if necessary.
