Massages

You can book a massage with our sports staff at the health retreat. A massage costs €40 per half hour and €70 per hour.

In addition to pure relaxation, a massage has physiological effects. It is good for the blood circulation and stimulates the lymphatic system, ensuring the rapid removal of waste products and combating fluid retention. A massage stretches and relaxes the muscles, makes them more flexible, increases their range of movement and aids recovery from injury.
