Broccolisoup
Ingredients – 400 grams of broccoli cut into pieces – 1 chopped onion – 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic – 1 teaspoon of ground cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon / block of vegetable stock – salt and pepper |

Preperation method
1. Cook the broccoli until done in the vegetable stock.
2. Fry the garlic and onion in another pan. Leave it on a low heat for 15 minutes and soften.
3. Spoon the onion mixture with the broccoli. Purée with the hand blender or blender until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
