Farmersalad
Ingredients for 4 persons – 1 head of iceberg lettuce – 4 tomatoes – 1 cucumber – possibly. 6 radishes – 1 stalk of celery – possibly. 2 spring onions – 250 ml of sour cream – 200 g farmers hüttenkäse – sea salt or scattered herbs to taste |

Preperation method
Tear the iceberg lettuce into pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut the tomatoes and the cucumber into cubes. Cut the radishes, celery and spring onions into slices and put all the vegetables in a large salad bowl. Mix the sour cream with the hutskase and pour over the salad. Add some sea salt or spreading herbs and serve immediately. Preferably use refrigerated ingredients. You can eat beans with this salad, but no starch products or bread. The animal proteins in hutskase do not combine with starch products.
