Bean salad with avocado
Ingredients – 500 grams of bean sprouts – 2 tomatoes – 1 cucumber – possibly. 1 spring trip – 1 large or 2 small avocados – possibly. 1 garlic clove – 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice – Sea salt or scattered herbs to taste |

Preperation method
1. Put the bean sprouts in a large bowl.
2. Peel the cucumber and cut the tomatoes and the cucumber into cubes and add both to the bean sprouts.
3. Prepare the flesh of the avocados.
4. Press the garlic.
5. Beat the lemon juice and some sea salt through the avocados and crushed garlic.
6. Scoop the avocado mixture through the vegetables and serve.
